We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or reconstituted peptides.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
